At Stitch Morph, we are committed to delivering high-quality embroidery digitizing services and vector conversion services. Customer satisfaction is important to us, and we aim to ensure every project meets professional standards. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may be issued.
Custom Work Policy
All services provided by us are custom-made based on the client’s submitted design. Due to the personalized nature of digitizing and vector work, completed orders are generally non-refundable once the final files have been delivered.
Eligible Refund Situations
A refund or partial refund may be considered in the following cases:
If the order was not started due to internal delay or issue from our side
If we are unable to complete your order
If the final delivered file does not match the agreed requirements and cannot be corrected
If a duplicate payment was made accidentally
Revision Policy (Before Refund)
Before requesting a refund, clients are encouraged to request revisions. We offer free minor revisions to ensure the final output meets your expectations.
We will always attempt to fix or improve the file before any refund decision is made.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
Change of mind after work has started or completed
Incorrect or unclear instructions provided by the client
Minor differences in design interpretation that can be corrected through revision
Delay caused by incomplete client communication or feedback
Digital Delivery Policy
Since all files are delivered digitally (DST, PES, AI, EPS, SVG, etc.), there are no physical shipments involved, and refunds cannot be claimed once the final approved file has been delivered.
